Most of our HP thin clients are capable of connecting to Citrix and running a web browser outside of Citrix at the same time. This can be useful for training through Rexel Academy. To switch applications:
- While signed into Citrix, press CTRL ALT F11 at the same time on your keyboard
- A new set of window controls will appear at the top of your screen:
- Press the top minus button to minimize Citrix
- Now you'll see your sign in screen and can double click "Office 365" to start a web browser. If you'd like to use Rexel Academy click Bookmarks -> Rexel Academy
- You can switch between the web browser and Citrix Windows Desktop by clicking on the the application in the task bar:

Finally, to go back to a full screen Citrix session click on "Windows desktop" in the task bar, then press CTRL ALT F11 at the same time to return to full screen mode.
