Once you have access to Rexel-Smart you'll need to stop your device from connecting to Rexel-Guest to prevent it from being blocked from the network. Instructions on how to do this are below:


BlackBerry Priv (or other Android device)

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen once using two fingers, or twice using one finger.
  2. Tap the Settings icon > Wi-Fi.
  3. If necessary, turn on the switch.
  4. Tap the Overflow icon > Saved networks.
  5. Tap Rexel-Guest.
  6. Tap Forget.


BlackBerry 10

  1. Swipe down from top of home screen
  2. Tap Wi-Fi
  3. Tap Saved
  4. Long press on Rexel-Guest
  5. Tap Delete in the bottom right corner


iPhone/iPad

  1. From the home screen, tap Settings.
  2. Tap Wi-Fi. 
  3. Tap the blue "I" next to Rexel-Guest. 
  4. Tap Forget this Network.
