If your device cannot connect to Rexel-Smart after getting authorization from your manager and following one of the connection guides here it may be blocked from the Rexel Wi-Fi network. To have this block removed please gather the MAC address of your device and report it to Tier 1 IT support.

- From a Home screen, navigate: Apps
> Settings
> About phone

- Tap Status.
- View the Wi-Fi MAC address.
iPhone/iPad
- Tap Settings.
- Select General.
- Then select About.
- The MAC address is listed as WiFi Address.
BlackBerry 10
- Swipe down from top of home screen
- Tap Wi-Fi
- Tap Advanced
- Tap Diagnostic Information and then Device Information
- The MAC address is listed as Physical Address
