If your device cannot connect to Rexel-Smart after getting authorization from your manager and following one of the connection guides here it may be blocked from the Rexel Wi-Fi network. To have this block removed please gather the MAC address of your device and report it to Tier 1 IT support.


Android

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon> Settings Settings icon> About phone About Phone settings icon.
  2. Tap Status.
  3. View the Wi-Fi MAC address.


iPhone/iPad

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Select General.
  3. Then select About.
  4. The MAC address is listed as WiFi Address


BlackBerry 10

  1. Swipe down from top of home screen
  2. Tap Wi-Fi
  3. Tap Advanced
  4. Tap Diagnostic Information and then Device Information
  5. The MAC address is listed as Physical Address
